一踏入广州圣丰索菲特大酒店华丽的旋转门,扑面而来的法国格拉斯的香水师Lucien Ferrero创造的索菲特品牌的签名香水,致力于增强客人五感的体验。香味融合了淡淡的柑橘、白玫瑰的优雅以及复杂的白檀木底香,旨在展现自然、优雅和高贵的法式情怀,为客人们营造出法国南部温暖幸福的夏日氛围。 比如说大堂映入眼帘的以木棉花为题材的大理石地板,以及法国鸢尾花造型的水晶灯;前台壮丽雄伟的来自留法岭南画家陈本的画作《鱼歌》;客房内融合中国红元素及巴黎街景的摄影作品等等,都彰显了法国品牌对艺术的追求。广州圣丰索菲特大酒店是广州唯一的法国奢华品牌酒店,酒店将法国独特的浪漫、优雅、艺术及享乐完美地与当地文化相结合。
索菲特的女性化正好诠释了法国雅高集团旗下酒店品牌唯一的淑女代表。罗可茹女士也是一位醉心于酒店业的都市淑女。
作为新任市场营销总监,深知数字化营销和粉丝经济的强大助推力,罗可茹女士凭着多年累积的杰出销售才能和敏锐的直觉,带领营销团队与电子商务部亲密合作,今年6月份在酒店6周年之际,上线了全新官方微信商城,并在短短四天内便取得了60余万的骄人销售成绩。业绩仍在不断攀升,可以说是十分“6”了。她直言,面对日益年轻化的顾客群,数字营销需要紧抓客人的心理,结合自身特色产品,方能在竞争激烈的酒店市场上激流勇进。
凭着对酒店业的热情和喜爱,罗可茹女士在过去八年里曾于大中华区内多间奢华品牌酒店旗舰店任职,包括香港JW万豪酒店、北京君悦酒店、北京四季酒店及广州圣丰索菲特大酒店。她是一位具有影响力的销售领导者,也是对生活品味、待人处事和酒店事业都有着积极和热情的都市女性。

Stepping into the revolving door of Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich, customers will be intoxicated by the special perfume created by Lucien Ferrero, a perfumer from Grasse, France. Intended to enhance customers’ sensory experience, the fragrance mixes oranges, white rose and sandalwood scent, contributing a warm and happy summer ambience in Southern France. As the only French luxury hotel in Guangzhou, Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich innovatively blends French romance, elegance and art into Chinese especially Cantonese culture, such as the Cantonese style Kapok-themed marble floor and French iris-shaped crystal lamp in the lobby, the beautiful painting drew by a Chinese painter with French academic background in the hotel reception, and the combination of “Chinese Red” element and French street landscapes in guest rooms.
As the sole representative feminine hotel under AccorHotel Group, Sofitel hotel has exquisitely illustrated its special femininity. And Ms. Rose Lo as a capable feminine metropolitan lady, she echoes the unique characteristics of the hotel.
With outstanding sales skills and sharp instincts, Ms. Rose Lo managed to lead her team and e-commerce department to achieve a brilliant sales performance of over 600,000 yuan out of four-day online campaign in Wetchat in June, which is unprecedented in the history of this hotel, coinciding with its sixth anniversary. When it comes to the secret of success, she said that the current digital marketing needs to orient more to the younger customers who are the fresh force of hotel consumption. And of course offering special products with individuality would be a great option to gain popularity among the cut-throat competition.
With heartfelt enthusiasm and passion for hospitality industry, Ms. Rose Lo has worked in several luxury hotels in Greater China region in the past eight years, including JW Marriot Hotel Hong Kong, Grand Hyatt Beijing, Four Seasons Hotel Beijing and Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich. She is not only an influential sales pioneer, but also a dedicated modern lady keen on beautiful life and wonderful hotel career.
