如果说宝岛海南是一枚绚丽皇冠,那么蜈支洲岛则是镶嵌在这皇冠上的一颗明珠,绽放着璀璨夺目的光彩。它静静倚靠在亚龙湾身后,无论是细沙椰林、碧海蓝天,还是花鸟虫鱼、阳光胜景,皆充满灵性,深受大自然的眷顾,被人们称为中国的“马尔代夫”和“巴厘岛”。
正如三亚从一个小渔村发展成现在国际知名旅游目的地,经过十八年保护型开发、业态丰富和品质提升,蜈支洲岛从默默无闻的孤岛到如今国内数一数二的海岛型旅游景区。
随着消费者需求的日渐多元化,中国旅游景区4.0时代来临,蜈支洲岛把握趋势,不仅外拼“颜值”,还内修“气质”,不断创新,突破自我,在海南众景区中脱颖而出。“我们将‘观光+度假’相结合,建立智能化的‘互联网+智慧景区’,同时打造‘体育+旅游’发展新模式、后海海洋运动风情小镇……”杨晓海分享道。
值得一提的是,蜈支洲岛周边正在建设万亩海洋牧场,是中国首个集海底生态公园、海底主题公园、海底雕塑公园、海底艺术公园于一身的全新旅游体验模式。在这个过程中,蜈支洲岛十分注重生态保护,“在我们眼中植物是岛主,而游客和人是过客。”杨晓海微笑着说。在他和团队的努力之下,蜈支洲岛创造了十年产值增长10倍、旅游收入每年增长30%的奇迹。2016年实现了年客流量260万人次、年产值达9.6个亿,成为三亚旅游一张独一无二的名片。
杨晓海拥有丰富的旅游运营及管理经验,屡获殊荣,经常受邀为旅游院校的学生做讲座,他说:“在这个行业二十多年,想把累积的经验和心得分享给进入行业的年轻人,他们是未来中国旅游业的发展力量。”蜈支洲岛十分重视人才,提倡“五员文化”——安全员、服务员、清洁员、销售员、演员,希望每一位团队成员能演绎多重角色,全面发展自我。
面对“一带一路”的发展新契机,蜈支洲岛借助天时地利人和,以三亚——海上丝绸之路的战略支点城市为据点,迎风起舞,正全力以赴打造中国海岛旅游模式,形成从品牌整合、人才管理,到经营标准化等各方面的一整套体系,并致力于把这种成功的理念复制和推广出去,应用于全国各地海岛及涉水资源,也包括极具发展前景的中国南海。“随着政策和社会环境的变化与完善,希望通过科学合理的系统开发和利用,从文化、生态、环保、科技等全方位打造,中国及世界的游客能体验南海的无穷魅力。”杨晓海如是说,眼中充满信心。
从这次采访中,笔者读出一句话:岛屿,是一种情怀。亲切地以“岛民”自称的杨晓海,时常用双脚去丈量这座海岛,欣赏岸边礁石“水洗石头蟹,浪打跳跳鱼”的动人景象,从钟爱的阳光和海水里,吸取无穷的智慧与勇气。他说,逐浪蜈支洲岛,这里有诗有远方,环形的轨迹,是终点亦是起点。相信,在他的带领下,蜈支洲岛的每一次出发,都值得期待。
Yang Xiaohai Soft Hardness, Poetic Ambition
Quietly lying in the Yalong Bay, Wuzhizhou Island, known as Maldives of China, is endowed with a fantastic spiritual natural environment, like a shining pearl inlaid in the brilliant “crown”-Hainan. After 18 years of protection-oriented development, format enrichment and quality improvement, Wuzhizhou Island now becomes one of the top ten scenic spots in China.
As its Vice President, Yang Xiaohai, together with his team, makes it stand out numerous attractions by constantly perfecting both externally and internally. For example, it not only combines sightseeing with vacation, making itself an intelligent destination, but also creates new development models like “sports plus tourism” and marine ranch model. “Facing the opportunities brought by ‘Belt and Road’ Initiative, Wuzhizhou Island will go all out to build China's island tourism model, which can be applied to all sea-islands and water resources,” revealed Yang.
With more than 20 years of experience in tourism operation and management, Yang is often invited to give lectures to students in tourism colleges and universities, and he deeply knows the young people are the future of China’s Tourism industry.
Calling himself “islander”, Yang shows a special sentiment to island, from which he absorbs endless wisdom and courage. As he said, “be ambitious and far-sighted, be modest and low-key, and be flexible and open-minded”, he maintains a soft meanwhile hard heart in work and poetic meanwhile peaceful mind in life. We believe that under Yang’s leadership, every step of Wuzhizhou Island is of high expectation.
